By using InclusionXchange or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. Do not use our services if you do not accept these terms.
2. Use of Services
● Access is for individual or authorized business use only.
● Sharing login credentials is prohibited.
● Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is not permitted.
3. Membership & Subscriptions
● Access to training or forums may require a paid membership.
● Memberships auto-renew unless cancelled.
4. Reseller & Licensing Terms
● Only approved resellers may promote or distribute training content.
● Resellers must follow brand, delivery, and conduct guidelines as outlined in separate agreements.
● Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.
5. Copyright & Ownership
All content remains the intellectual property of Pulsely or its licensors.
● No use beyond personal or licensed organizational learning is allowed.
● Certificates may not be misused to imply certification or legal compliance.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds may be offered within 14 days if:
● Less than 25% of course material is accessed
● The request meets posted refund terms
7. Platform Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but reserve the right to:
● Modify or update content at any time
● Suspend accounts for misuse

● Training is for informational purposes and not legal or professional advice.
● We do not guarantee specific outcomes or compliance results.
● Results vary depending on user engagement, application, and context.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, unless otherwise specified in a reseller or enterprise contract. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be finally resolved by arbitration under the Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The seat of arbitration shall be New York, New York, USA. The language of arbitration shall be English.
10. Code of Conduct
All users must:
● Engage respectfully in community spaces
● Avoid harassment or disruptive behavior
● Not share or misuse confidential training materials
We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating this code.
11. User Acknowledgment

12. VAT & Sales Tax
All pricing is listed in USD, and applicable sales taxes or VAT will be calculated at checkout. Our Payment Processor provider (Stripe) manages tax compliance in accordance with international digital tax laws.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms, including but not limited to:
● Breach of acceptable use policies
● Non-payment of fees
● Violation of our Code of Conduct
● Fraudulent activity
14. Modification of Terms

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or technical failures.
